Solo District is Appia’s four-tower master plan in Burnaby: 1,295 residential units delivered across Stratus, Altus, Cirrus, and Aerius over a twelve-year program with the same developer. TANTI delivered substrate levelling and flooring on every building.

The third tower, Cirrus, opened during the COVID period when freight pricing on flooring materials moved unpredictably. TANTI brought materials in ahead of schedule, securing pre-COVID freight pricing and shielding Appia from the cost increases that hit the construction industry mid-project. Schedule and budget both held on the 328-unit build.

Altus, second in the sequence at 280 units, sat above a commercial and office podium; TANTI coordinated residential install tolerances across the program transition. Stratus opened the relationship at 368 units, and Aerius closed it at 319, completed with the same team and the same standards that started on tower one.
