FABRICATION & INSTALLATION
TANTI manages countertop fabrication and installation through established fabrication partners while retaining full responsibility to the developer. Quartz, granite, porcelain slab, and solid surface systems are sourced, templated, fabricated, and installed under TANTI’s management.
Material submissions, scheduling, quality control, and billing are consolidated through a single contract. This eliminates fragmented communication between trades and improves production flow on site.
Custom stone sourcing and templating are coordinated to align with cabinet installation and turnover schedules, protecting timeline and finish quality.
