LEADERSHIP
TANTI Interiors is led by two partners who share the work between them:
Tony Tanti, who founded the company in 2002, and Sean Grace, who came on as partner in 2021 and runs operations.
Together they keep the company small enough that developers always reach a partner directly, and disciplined enough to handle projects that run two years from start to final turnover.
Tony Tanti
Partner, President
Tony’s first career was in the NHL, where the principles that shape the business today were ingrained: discipline, accountability, show up prepared, finish the job properly.
He founded TANTI Interiors in 2002 and built the company on long-standing relationships with major developers across British Columbia — including Bosa, Appia, and Cressey — partnerships built over decades of consistent execution.
As President, he holds TANTI to the standard set on the first project he ran.
Sean Grace
Partner, Director of Operations
Sean started his career in Australia, completing his Red Seal trade and working in the civil and mining sectors before moving to Canada in 2015.
He worked with Appia Developments (the Bosa family company) as Assistant Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager on large residential projects, then joined Tony at TANTI as a partner in 2021. Sits on the board of directors of the BC Floor Covering Association (BCFCA).
Day-to-day, Sean is the partner most developers end up talking to at TANTI, and the one keeping installer crews on the schedule across every project.
