AXIOM Arbutus is a 156-unit, six-storey Intracorp rental development in Vancouver. TANTI’s scope spanned flooring, countertop stone, tile, and substrate levelling: the full interior-surface envelope under one contract. When USA tariffs disrupted carpet tile supply from American manufacturers mid-project, TANTI sourced European carpet tile alternates for Intracorp, shielding the project budget from tariff exposure while holding the finish specification.
